Four talks. One goal.

Every talk is tailored to your audience, your industry and what you want people to do differently afterwards.

01 · Based on the book

The Together Effect

Our brains are social at their core. Katarina shows how relationships shape health, happiness and resilience – and why teams with psychological safety collaborate better, feel better and dare more.

You take away: everyday social habits that strengthen the team, at work and beyond.

02 · Through change

Resilience in times of change

Resilience isn’t something you’re born with – it’s a skill you can train. On mental flexibility, asking for support, and coming out stronger – and more innovative – on the other side.

You take away: concrete habits for handling uncertainty and transition.

03 · The classic

Happiness, seriously

Positive thinking isn’t enough. Katarina cuts through the happiness hype and shows what the research actually says about wellbeing – and how to move from thinking to doing.

You take away: exercises you can start using the same day.

04 · Stress & recovery New talk

The Thermostat Effect

Under pressure, the nervous system takes over. We stop listening, freeze up or go on the attack – long before we’ve had time to think. Katarina shows what happens in the body when stress, change and crisis hit, and how individuals and teams find their way back to a state where collaboration, creativity and good decisions are possible.

You take away: a shared map of stress responses, simple body-based ways to regulate – that work in the middle of a meeting – and insight into how leaders move from thermometer to thermostat: from reflecting the mood to setting it.

Built on Katarina’s specialist training in trauma psychology, including EMDR, DBR and courses in trauma, the body and emotional regulation at Karolinska Institutet.
